If you're having a few connectionissues within a game or a program, you could check this list;

It's pretty big and has lots of software and games in there and the ports you should forward.
They wrote a nice, small and easy to follow tutorial on how to open your ports and such based on the type of your router.
Useful to check if you've got connection issues.
