Mistakes or did-you-knows from movies/series
So I thought of posting this for fun, as I'm currently watching a movie. I know quite some already, but here's the one I just noticed for the first time.
Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets
In the scene at the start of the movie where Ron and his brothers are in the flying car to pick up Harry, they stop right next to his window and start talking to him and help him to escape.
Though, they just talk as if there's only a set of bars, but no window (or an opened window). Though when you look at it, there's clearly a window, which is closed, so with the noise of the car engine and the window in between them the volume they were talking on should've been louder for both of them to understand..
Here's a screenshot;

I don't know in which part this mistake was exactly, but in the scene where Ron picks up Harry with that magic car, they crash in a tree. You could argue, that it is a magical car and it can't get damaged, but it only crashed, because the engine failed or something. Like 20sec later it suddenly has scraches and gets demolished by that weird hostile tree D:

Found another one!
A Few Good Men (1992)
In the scene where Tom Cruise comes back home soaking wet because of the rain, he swipes across the table and most of the papers fall off.
Though, in the next shot it seems that all papers suddenly fell off.
Screens;
Before
Tom (Cruise) just swiped the papers off the table, you can still see some fall down in underneath it. Clearly you can see a few papers on the table. After this shot, you see that Demi (Moore) is leaving in an instant.
After
In this shot, right after Demi (Moore) left, you get this view upon the table, Tom (Cruise) and Kevin (Pollak), where Kevin stands up to pick up the papers from the floor. Though you can see that the papers that were on the table suddenly are gone.

Here's a classic blooper:
Always used to laugh hard at this part when I was 6-8 years old, still giggle a bit xD

Yep, that's a known one
Gotta love it!
Found another one!
Zoolander (2001)
In the beginning of the movie where he gets interviewed while they do his makeup, the woman replies to him on his "magnum look". She says; "That's intriguing". The shot changes and Zoolander replies. Though when you look at that scene and put attention on the woman('s jaw), you can see that she says more as her jaw moves, though they cut to the next shot where Zoolander's on screen and replies.
Shown here at about 1:08

Not a mistake, but a fun fact!
In Jurassic Park I, where the T-Rex breaks the plexiglass from the jeep, the screams the children make is actually real! The T-Rex they'd made wasn't supposed to break it. It ended up as the scene as we all know it

Got another fun fact. Today about Monsters Inc. (2001) !
The girl that plays 'Boo' throughout the movie, was actually a todler herself back then. The studio had a hard time to record her voice and the lines she had, as she wasn't sitting still as they hoped. Result: they followed her around the studio with a microphone; in the end they put all the sounds they had recorded of her together and made the voice track for Boo.
Here are some bloopers for the heck of it.

Die Hard 2 (1990)
On the airplane scene at the end, when he killed the black guy, a while later you can see how he found a fuel dump lock and how he opens it.
"Oh :O"
And he opens the lock.
Though, when they cut back to the bad guy and back on an overal view, he's having a harder time opening it, while it easily opened when he JUST discovered it.

Watching Die Hard III (1995).
The scene in which the kids in the school get evacuated, gets filmed with a camera crew running right behind the police officers to get an exciting shot from the kids running out (towards the camera). If you look a shot further, where the 4 kids who're still inside in a classroom, when they look outside to see what the commotion is you can clearly see the crew come in behind the police officers, which was the shot you saw earlier.

Re: Mistakes or did-you-knows from movies/series
This one just popped up while I was making my list of movies on IMDB
21 Jump Street (2012)
Towards the end of the movie, we see Johnny Depp and Peter DeLuise appear as undercovers of the group. This is a reference towards 1987, when they used to play in a TV-series which was named the same way.

The Nightmare Before Christmas
Did you know..
.. that Patrick Stewart had originally narrated for the movie? While not used in the actual film, the recordings were released on the soundtrack album. The actual narrator that you hear in the movie is Edward Ivory.

Re: Mistakes or did-you-knows from movies/series
Since I've been watching loads of movies, I've stumbled upon a lot of mistakes.
I'll spam some for you guys now
Here's the first one for this spamsession;
Gravity (2013)
In the scenes in the beginning, where they're having a conversation (Houston and the space shuttle), there are some tones. These are called Quindar tones. These are sharp beeps that attend each voice transmission. While being used in the film, these are obsolete and haven't been used since many years in the real world.

Now You See Me (2013)
Here's a quicky. No, seriously, literally a quicky;
In the scene where Daniel throws his handcuffs onto the officer's hands, if you watch that scene closely, you can see Daniel is beginning to lift his arms to start the throwing. In the next shot, his arms are back on the table, ready to throw again. This one's a close watch/call to see.
Edit:
Here's the first shot, you can see he has them thrown off already a little bit.
If you look at the second shot, you can see the cuffs are back on his hands and not thrown yet.

Frozen (2013)
When the song 'Let It Go' is being sung, Elsa is pulling her hair into a long braid going down her back. Though, she pulls it with her left hand from behind her to the front, but it's not flipping over her shoulder/passing next to her, it goes through her body.

Forrest Gump (1994)
when Forrest is on the boat fishing for shrimp, they haul in a net filled with them. Though if you look at them, they're clearly headless and clearly ready to ship to the market.

As I love Jurassic Park, here's a short spam on Jurassic Park mistakes.
Jurassic Park (1993)
The most famous scene out of the whole movie, is the scene where the T-Rex gets loose. If we spin a bit back, we come to the part where the goat's gone and suddenly a leg (that was bitten off) falls onto the car. When we look a bit later into the scene, there's no more goatleg in the car.

In the scene where the kids are being hunted after by the raptors, with a good/close look at the kitchen door when they enter, you can see a guy of the crew (who made the movie). He's most probably holding the tail of the raptor to steady it.
Edit:
In the first screen (if you look closely) you can see a blue/grey looking sweater/shirt, which is a man in the background.
In this (second) screen, you can see a hand laying on the back of the dinosaur at it's tail to keep it back

In the famous T-Rex scene, the lawyer will run out of the car towards the toiletstalls. When doing this, he leaves the door open.
The next shot is from the other car, where Dr. Grant's in, with a view onto the other car where the door's closed.
A little later, the boy in the car will move to close the door that was left open.
